Our virtual meet-ups bring together WIE members from across the country—and beyond—for open conversation, peer support, and professional insight.
Whether it’s a themed discussion, a guest speaker, or an informal check-in, these Zoom sessions are a great way to stay connected, inspired, and supported between in-person events. All are welcome, no matter your role or experience level.
ANNUAL EVENTS

Held during three of the industry’s most influential events—EXHIBITORLIVE, the Experiential Marketing Summit (EMS), and EDPA ACCESS Conference—our WIE in-person events are signature gatherings that combine networking and education.

WIE Happy Hour at Experiential Marketing Summit

We’re excited to bring Women In Experiential to the Experiential Marketing Summit with a lively happy hour in Las Vegas. Join us Monday, May 18 from 6:00–7:00 PM at The Tap Sports Bar in the MGM Grand.

This complimentary gathering is open to all EMS attendees who identify as women, with an open bar and light bites provided. It’s a chance to connect, recharge, and build meaningful relationships across the industry.
